Welcome back to Crypto Chronicles: The Evolution of Bitcoin and the Crypto Revolution, where I trace Bitcoin’s journey from its inception to its current global standing. Although my personal experience with Bitcoin began in 2019, looking back at its early years has been an intriguing and insightful process. In this article, we’ll explore Bitcoin’s first growing pains from 2009 to 2011, a period where the technology, the community, and the idea of decentralised finance faced substantial challenges.

In the last article, I discussed how Satoshi Nakamoto's vision laid the foundation for decentralised finance with the creation of Bitcoin. Today, I’ll explore the early hurdles Bitcoin faced, from adoption challenges to establishing trust in a system that many struggled to understand.
