Low market caps have been under pressure for months, and when this part of the market starts to stabilise, it usually gives the first clues about whether risk appetite is returning beyond Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the largest names.

The key detail is on the weekly chart.

Price has started to reclaim a lower high-volume area after the sell-off. That is the first useful sign because it tells us the market is trying to stabilise around a zone where meaningful volume previously traded.

But this is still early.

The lower reclaim is constructive, but it is not full confirmation. The stronger test sits higher, near the lower boundary of accepted value.

That is where this chart becomes important.

This is not a clean breakdown anymore. But it is not yet a clean recovery either.

Weekly Chart: The First Reclaim Has Happened

The weekly chart gives the cleaner trigger.

After the sharp decline, price has moved back above a lower high-volume area. That tells me buyers are attempting to defend the lower part of the range rather than letting the market continue sliding through prior value.

But I would separate an early reclaim from real confirmation.

The early reclaim tells us the market is attempting to stabilise. The next test is whether price can move back inside accepted value and hold there on the weekly chart.

That is the difference between a bounce from the lower part of the range and the start of a more serious recovery attempt.

The low market cap part of crypto is usually where risk appetite gets tested hardest.

When conditions are weak, this part of the market gets punished first and often recovers last. When conditions begin improving, it can start to rotate before the wider market fully accepts the shift.

The first reclaim tells us the market is no longer simply rejecting the lower part of the profile. But the more important confirmation sits higher. Until that happens, I would treat this as early repair rather than full recovery.
