The August issue of The Month Unplugged is live, and it is public. No paywall on this one.

Here is what it is. Every month I publish the record of what I called and what happened. Not the good ones. All of them, dated, in the same table, at the same size.

August was a strong month, so this issue has more hits in it than most will. That is the part I trust least about it, and it is why the issue says so out loud.

What the month did. July asked one question: does $67,000 break. August answered it in a single week. Price broke $66,500 on 19 August, the week closed up 23.68%, and three levels fell in five sessions. The month closed at $78,579, above all of them.

What is in the scorecard. The countdown that ran publicly from 20 July and narrowed to nought to one weeks on 10 August. Where the break actually landed. The size of the move against the size I called. The squeeze mechanism posted at the low on 26 June. And two rows that are still open, marked as open rather than quietly dropped.

The row that matters most is not a hit. On 14 July someone asked me directly on X what would prove the mid cycle read wrong. I gave a number and a window: new lows below $57,748, into September or October.

That window is open now. Price sits a long way above the level, so it looks unlikely. Unlikely is not resolved. It stays in the scorecard until the end of October and if it triggers, the whole read was wrong and it goes in the table as a miss.

Publishing that in a month where everything went right is the point of the format.

July's issue is also public and worth reading first if you have not. It carries a miss on pace, and it is the month the evidence arrived before the price did.

Members read every call in these tables the week it was made, in Oz Updates, and walked through on camera in that week's video.

A scored record of past calls is not a forecast of future ones. Not financial advice. Always do your own research.
